Application forms can be obtained from the Institute by payment of Rs. 100/- by cash or D.D. Rs 150/- in the name of S.S. Educational Trust payable at Erode. Filled-in-application form must accompany the following copy of the Transfer certificate, Mark sheet, Community Certificates, Medical certificate from the registered Medical practitioner.

The above copies should be attested by a gazetted officer.

An application will be rejected, if there is any discrepancy between the material particulars as they are found in the application form and the supporting documents. The name of applicant his/her date of birth and qualification will be considered as material particulars in this content.

Admission will be based on performance of the candidates in the written test / personal interview which will be held separately, and informed to the candidates in time by the selection committee.
